At Padel Ventures Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and how we can help.

Returns

You may return items purchased from us within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable items, customised/personalised products, or gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@padelventures.co.uk.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: Padel Ventures Ltd, Suite 71, Courthill House, 60 Water Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 5AJ. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
